M Kennedy Forensic Experts (“MKFE”) was founded in 2025 by Matthew Kennedy, a forensic accountant and economic damages expert with 18 years of experience serving plaintiffs and defendants in arbitration, state courts, and federal courts.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Kennedy has quantified more than $3 billion in damages across high-stakes matters involving catastrophic losses, insurance claims, commercial litigation, and construction disputes. His experience includes major catastrophe and mass-tort matters such as Deepwater Horizon and the Hermits Peak Fire. Before founding MKFE, Mr. Kennedy served as a Senior Managing Director at a national consulting firm and as a Senior Manager at an international forensic accounting firm, where he led damages analyses, developed expert reports, and evaluated opposing expert opinions.

Mr. Kennedy regularly serves as both a plaintiff damages expert and a defense rebuttal expert, bringing a balanced, litigation-tested perspective and clear, defensible analyses designed to withstand scrutiny.
