M Kennedy Forensic Experts provides expert witness services in matters involving forensic accounting, economic damages, business interruption, and complex financial disputes. We are retained by counsel in arbitration, state court, and federal court proceedings.

Expert opinions are prepared with a specific focus on admissibility under Daubert and applicable state evidentiary standards. Analyses are based on reliable principles and methods generally accepted in the forensic accounting and economic damages professions, and those methods are applied consistently to the facts of each engagement.

Reports are prepared in a manner consistent with the requirements applicable to expert disclosures, including clear identification of opinions, the bases and reasons for those opinions, the information considered, and the methodologies applied. Reports are structured to assist the trier of fact in understanding both the opinions reached and the basis for those opinions. Where appropriate, alternative methodologies are considered, and opinions are limited to matters supported by sufficient facts and reliable analysis.
